Cloud Conquer AI, LLC("we", "us", "our") is a US-based AI, software, and cloud consulting agency operating at cloudconquer.ai. We serve clients in the United States and Spanish-speaking markets.

Information you give us directly
- Contact form submissions (name, email, message, optional details)
- Newsletter subscriptions (email address)
- Chat interactions with our AI assistant Aria (messages, optional booking details)
- Booking requests via Cal.com (name, email, scheduling info)
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
Information collected automatically
- Cookieless visit metrics (page views, country, browser, device) via Cloudflare Web Analytics
- With your consent: Google Analytics 4 cookies (session, page path, events)
- Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, request timestamps), retained briefly for security
- Local browser storage for your cookie-consent preference
3. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies only with your consent where required:
- Necessary: cookie-consent preference, security/anti-abuse — always on
- Analytics (with your consent): Google Analytics 4
- Marketing: none at this time

We share data with the minimum necessary third parties to operate the site:

We do not sell or rent personal information.
6. How long we keep it
- Contact form submissions: until resolved, plus a reasonable archive
- Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe
- Chat history: not stored server-side — each request is processed and discarded
- Analytics: per provider retention (CF Web Analytics ~30 days, GA4 default 14 months)
- Server logs: roughly 7 days for security purposes

US state privacy laws
As of 2026, twenty US states have comprehensive consumer-privacy laws in effect, including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Florida, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Nebraska, Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island. The exact thresholds, rights, and response timelines differ by state, but residents generally have the right to:
- Know what personal information is collected, the sources, and the purposes
- Access a copy of their data
- Correct inaccuracies
- Request deletion (subject to legal exceptions)
- Opt out of "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising
- Non-discrimination for exercising these rights

California specifics (CCPA / CPRA)
California residents additionally have the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA.
UK and EU residents (UK GDPR / EU GDPR)
In addition to the baseline rights, you also have:
- Right to data portability
- Right to object to certain processing
- Right to restrict processing
- Right to withdraw consent at any time
- Right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (UK: ICO; EU: your national data protection authority)

8. International transfers
Our infrastructure is operated primarily by US-based providers (Cloudflare, Resend, Stripe). By using the site, you understand that your data may be processed in the United States.
9. Children
The site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use industry-standard practices: TLS in transit, encrypted secrets at rest, principle-of-least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage or via the newsletter.
