Terms of Service

This document is a plain-English starting point for the terms governing use of this site and our services. It is not legal advice. Have your own counsel review and adapt it before relying on it.

1. Acceptance

By accessing cloudconquer.ai or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Who we are

Cloud Conquer AI, LLC, a California-registered limited liability company operating at cloudconquer.ai.

3. Services

We provide:

  • Consulting and custom-build services (AI/ML, cloud, software, cybersecurity, web/app development, data, marketing, and related disciplines)
  • Productized services: AI Phone Agent, AI Coworker, AI Social Media Manager, AI Job Search Agent, Free Website Build
  • One-on-one tutoring sessions
  • The AI Insights newsletter and the Aria AI assistant

Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for paid engagements are defined in separate written agreements ("Statements of Work").

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to enter into agreements with us. Tutoring of minors requires a parent or guardian to engage on the minor's behalf.

5. Fees, payment, refunds

  • Prices listed on the site are the current rates and may change.
  • Productized services are billed monthly in advance via Stripe; you may cancel at any time, with cancellation effective at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed.
  • Tutoring and consulting fees are billed per session, pack, or as specified in the governing agreement.
  • Custom-quoted retainers follow the payment schedule in the SOW.
  • Refunds: case-by-case for paid services where we materially fail to deliver. Productized monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for past periods.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the services to violate any law
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or interfere with the operation of the site
  • Use Aria for content that is harassing, hateful, sexual, or unlawful
  • Misrepresent affiliation with us
  • Use our services to build a competing product

7. Intellectual property

  • The site, brand, content, code, and AI Insights articles are owned by Cloud Conquer AI, LLC.
  • Deliverables of a paid engagement: ownership transfers as specified in the SOW, typically on full payment.
  • You retain ownership of your own pre-existing materials shared with us.

8. AI-generated content

Aria, the AI Insights newsletter, and the autonomous social syndication system produce content generated by AI models. We review this content for quality but do not guarantee accuracy or appropriateness for every use case. Use AI-generated information critically and verify before relying on it for any decision of consequence.

9. Third-party services

We rely on third parties (Cloudflare, Resend, Cal.com, Stripe, Google Analytics, social platforms). Their terms and outages can affect the service. We are not responsible for their failures.

10. Disclaimers

The services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services is capped at the amount you paid us in the six months prior to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; in those, they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cloud Conquer AI, LLC harmless against claims arising out of your misuse of the services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, indemnification) survive termination.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflicts of law. Venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in California.

15. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.
