2. Fixed-fee pilot
We build the pipeline against your real data over 2-3 weeks. Accuracy measured against a held-out validation set. You either greenlight production or walk away — no further commitment.
3. Production + retainer
Production integration ships into your ERP, CRM, or database. Monitoring, alerts, monthly accuracy reports, and a named solutions engineer on retainer for ongoing engineering.
